FREE Carpe Diem is an integrated analytical system which allows you to perform, thanks to its particular specifications, any type of clinical-chemical analysis based on the principle of photometry (in the wide spectral range for which it is prepared). In particular, it is designed to run the entire panel of tests for assessing oxidative stress (Carratelli’s Panel). The acronym FREE stands for Free Radical Elective Evaluator. FREE Carpe Diem is the ideal instrument to study diagnostic problems of oxidative stress. The compact size and functionality of the design makes it an easily placed in any context, from the laboratory to the doctor's office, hospital and health center at the clinic.
To use Free Carpe Diem we recommended a course of instruction.
The instrument is equipped with:
- Mini-centrifuge integrated
- Liquid crystal display for programming and measurement
- Compartment cell holder for temperature control of samples (9 units)
- Alpha-numeric keypad
- Graphics printer for printing data, calibration curves and kinetics.
It is also equipped with the following accessories:
- Variable pipette and tips
- Waste container
- Eppendorf cuvette holder and test tube holder
- Standard Serum
- User manual
