The growing evidences of the past 15 years documented the usefulness of Panel Carratelli in studies on animals and in veterinary medicine. Up to date more than 400 academic papers demonstrate the scientific value of this highly innovative diagnostic approach in basic research and clinical practice with the participation of more than 600 researchers around the world.
Panel Carratelli proved to be particularly useful to understand the behaviour of animals and their relations with the environment, to investigate the origin of human diseases such as metabolic disorders and tumours. It has also been used to assess the quality of meat, the health, the effects of hormonal therapy and the antioxidant efficacy of integrations in different animal species.
The Reference Book, divided by animal species, was created to collect these papers. It is a useful instrument for veteriary, researchers and scholars to easily find the relevant academic papers where the test of Panel Carratelli have been used.
